Carrington Place is so pleased to have such a wonderful team of volunteers from our local community.  Their talents and warmth are welcomed as they give of their time.  Their hearts are evident in the time that they spend with us, many of them being with us for years.

We are also grateful for the relationships that have been formed with a few of our local schools, who send us co-op students and young volunteers.  Thank you to CH Bray, Bishop Tonnis and Ancaster High just to name a few.

Areas that our volunteers are utilized are:

• Calling Bingo
• Serving residents at our monthly Birthday Party
• Decorating for special occasions
• Joining us on outings
• One on one visits
• Holding groups for our resident's like 'Knit n Chat'
• Playing piano/music in our fireside lounge

It is with great thanks that we recognize our volunteers for all that they offer our residents.  Just one more reason that our Ancaster retirement community is as wonderful as it is.
